By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
About us
Sole Digital Media is a digital media agency established in Tunisia and Canada, with an office at Av. de Yasser Arafat, Sousse 4054, Tunisia and a presence at 3465 Platinum Dr #208, Mississauga, ON L5M 2S1, Canada.
Using this website
You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish material from this site, sell or sub-licence it, reproduce or commercially exploit it, or use it in a way that damages the site or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or licence all intellectual property in this website and its content, including text, layout, graphics, code and our brand assets. Client logos and trade marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to identify organisations we have worked with.
Client engagements
Services are provided under a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement — which sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, intellectual property assignment, confidentiality and termination. Where those terms conflict with these website terms, the signed agreement governs.
Unless the engagement agreement says otherwise: fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes; media spend is paid by the client directly to the relevant platform; and ownership of final deliverables transfers on receipt of full payment.
No guaranteed outcomes
Digital marketing results depend on factors outside any agency's control, including platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, market conditions and client-side execution. We commit to the agreed scope, professional standards and honest reporting. We do not guarantee specific rankings, reach, revenue or conversion outcomes, and you should treat any agency that does with caution.
Third-party platforms
Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and hosting providers, each with their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their products, policies, pricing or enforcement decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. [Have counsel set the liability cap for client engagements in the engagement agreement.]
Governing law
[Specify the governing law and forum with counsel before publication — this will usually differ between the Tunisian and Canadian entities and may be varied in individual client agreements.]
