What it is
Most marketing underperforms for an unglamorous reason: nobody agreed what it was for. We start every engagement by settling that question. Who are we talking to, what do they already believe, which channels can realistically reach them, and what has to change in the business for this to have been worth doing.
What a strategy engagement covers
We audit what you already have — site, search visibility, social presence, ad accounts, creative library — and map it against your commercial goals. Then we build the plan: positioning and messaging, a channel mix with budget weightings, a content and campaign calendar, and a measurement framework that ties activity back to revenue rather than to vanity metrics.
Built to be handed over
A strategy that only works while the agency holds it is not a strategy. Everything we produce is documented so your team can run it, brief against it, and argue with it. If you later take part of the work in-house, the plan still stands up.

Channel mix, budgets, calendar and creative direction, sequenced across the next four quarters.
Hand over
Documented, briefed to your team, and reviewed at agreed intervals as the market moves.
Why Sole Digital Media
Three reasons this tends to go well
Commercial before creative
We work backwards from what the business needs, not forward from what would be fun to make.
Two markets, one team
Teams in Tunisia and Canada mean we plan for MENA and North American audiences with local nuance, not translated guesswork.
You keep the thinking
Frameworks, research and rationale are yours at the end of the engagement.
FAQ
Digital Strategy questions
Typically four to six weeks from kick-off to hand-over, depending on how many markets and product lines are in scope and how quickly stakeholder workshops can be scheduled.
No. The deliverables are written to be executed by any competent team, in-house or otherwise. Most clients ask us to run at least part of it, but that is a separate decision.
