How we collect, use and protect personal information — written to be read rather than skimmed past.

Who we are
Sole Digital Media is a digital media agency established in Tunisia and Canada. For privacy enquiries, contact info@soledigitalmedia.tn (Tunisia) or info@soledigitalmedia.com (Canada).
This policy covers this website and the services we provide to clients. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client, that client is the controller and their own privacy notice governs that processing.
What we collect
We collect only what we need for the purpose at hand:
- Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, country, website, services of interest, budget range, preferred contact method and your project description.
- Correspondence — emails, calls and messages exchanged with us.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through server logs and any analytics we operate.
- Creator application data where you apply to our TikTok LIVE Creator Network, including your public profile information.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and administer our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, secure and improve this website, and — only where you have asked for it — to send occasional updates.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent for optional communications and non-essential cookies; the performance of a contract for client service delivery; our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and securing our systems; and legal obligation where retention is required by law.
Who we share it with
We use third-party service providers to operate the business — hosting, email, analytics, and project and CRM tooling. Providers act on our instructions under written terms. Depending on the provider, data may be processed outside your country, including in the European Union, Canada and the United States. Where required, we put appropriate transfer safeguards in place.
[Insert the current list of processors before publication.]
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax, accounting and legal requirements demand. [Confirm specific retention periods with counsel before publication.]
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent, request a portable copy, and complain to your national data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email info@soledigitalmedia.com. We respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. See our cookie policy for the detail and for how to control them.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and supplier due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Children
Our services are directed at businesses and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.

Questions about any of this?
Privacy and contract questions go to the office closest to you. We answer them properly rather than pointing at a clause.
